OTC Process Lead

The OTC Process Lead will oversee and optimise the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with industry standards. This role in the property sector is based in London and requires a strong understanding of financial operations and process improvement.

Description

  • Lead the end-to-end OTC process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all transactions.
  • Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and streamline operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance OTC processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and procedures.
  • Address and resolve escalations related to invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
