Role Description

The Oud Host role is a full-time, on-site position based in a London mall concession, focused on engaging customers and driving fragrance sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

This role also involves:

  • Processing sales transactions accurately
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Contributing to in-store events and sampling activities

The Oud Host will embody the CAO Standard, delivering compassionate, knowledgeable service while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and retail sales experience, ideally in fragrance, beauty, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide confident product guidance.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset, including basic numeracy and comfort working with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Presentation and merchandising skills, with attention to detail in maintaining a clean, visually appealing concession.
  • Interest in fragrances and willingness to learn about Oud, perfumery, and product benefits through ongoing training.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, work mall retail hours (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate within a small team.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance aligned with brand standards and a positive, compassionate approach to guests.
  • Prior mall or concession experience and fluency in additional languages are beneficial.
