Out of Hours Scheduler (Part-Time)

Location: Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington

Salary: £13,457 per annum

Hours: 16 - 20 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About Sapphire Utility Solutions

Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions has become a trusted partner to clients across the UK, delivering award-winning services within the clean water, wastewater, gas, multi-utilities, and highways sectors.

As part of the Lanes Group, the UK's largest independent drainage and wastewater specialist, we are committed to maintaining the essential utility services that keep modern life moving.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Out of Hours Scheduler to join our United Utilities contract team based at Haweswater House, Warrington.

This is a part-time role working within a 5-week rota pattern, supporting our operational teams outside of standard business hours. Due to the nature of the service, flexibility is essential, as shifts may include weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional additional hours to meet business needs.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can confidently communicate with customers and colleagues, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
