MGI Worldwide global accounting association is looking for an experienced outbound BD professional to support our member recruitment activity in North America on a contract basis. This is about quality, targeted outreach – not high-volume calling.
The role
- Research selected accounting firms and key decision-makers before making contact – including firm websites, Partner bios, specialisms and international activity.
- Identify why a firm could be a good fit for MGI and use this to personalize the approach.
- Make outbound calls to Partners and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce MGI Worldwide, qualify interest and identify potential opportunities.
- Follow up prospects and arrange introductory meetings.
- Keep clear notes on conversations, feedback and next steps.

We're looking for
- Strong outbound BD / lead generation experience.
- Confident and credible speaking with Partners and senior decision-makers.
- Accounting or professional services experience highly advantageous.
- Strong research skills and a thoughtful, personalized approach.
- Excellent spoken & written English with professional business communication style.
- Able to work North American calling hours.
