What is your role?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support while also proactively contributing to business growth. You will engage with customers across multiple channels including telephone, web chat, email, and social media.

In addition to handling incoming enquiries, you will take a proactive approach by reaching out to customers, identifying opportunities, and supporting sales through outbound calling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls relating to services, orders, complaints, quotations, and invoice queries
  • Proactively contacting customers to follow up on enquiries and identify sales opportunities
  • Generating leads through outbound calls to be followed up by the Account Manager
  • Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and future goals
  • Supporting customers in using digital tools and webshop effectively
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and internal departments across the business

Who are you?

  • Proven outbound calling and/or sales experience
  • Confident making proactive customer calls and identifying opportunities
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence using multiple systems
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for customer relationships
