Are you an experienced energy sales professional ready for a new challenge?

We’re looking for confident and motivated Outbound Energy Sales Executives to join our team in Sheffield city centre. If you enjoy speaking with customers, achieving targets and being rewarded for strong performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is an office-based position at our Church Street site in Sheffield (S1 2GN).

Your role

As An Outbound Energy Sales Executive, You Will

  • Contact residential customers to discuss their energy requirements
  • Identify customers’ needs and introduce suitable gas and electricity products
  • Explain products clearly and confidently
  • Complete sales accurately over the telephone
  • Use our client’s CRM system to manage customer information and process sales
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout every call

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 12 months’ previous energy sales experience is essential
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • A motivated, target-driven approach
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Previous CRM experience is preferred

Hours of work

  • 37.5–40 hours per week
  • Full flexibility required Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
  • You will also be required to work at least one Saturday per month between 10:00am and 4:00pm

Pre-employment checks

Successful candidates will be required to provide two references and consent to a Basic DBS check.

Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS results.
