We are looking for an Outbound Operations Shift Team Leader to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

Where we need your help

The Outbound Operations Shift Team Leader is a pivotal role within our operational structure, offering exciting opportunities for leadership and impact. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily outbound functions and leading a team of Associates to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation. Working closely with the Operations Managers, fellow Team Leaders, and cross-functional departments across the business, you will play a key role in driving performance standards, maintaining stock accuracy and inventory integrity, developing team capability, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.

  • Monitor daily workflow and productivity to ensure the team achieves the required KPIs
  • Ensure effective deployment of labour and resources to meet daily operational priorities and service levels
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, stock accuracy, and operational compliance across the shift
  • Regularly collaborate with the operations leadership team and other departments to cultivate strong, proactive working relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
