We are looking for experienced, ambitious, self-motivated and resilient Senior Sales Advisors to join our growing Outbound Sales Team.

These are true sales roles focused on speaking with prospective parents and adult learners, understanding their educational needs and converting conversations into enrolments.

The successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling objections confidently and highly driven to meet individual and team targets.

This role suits strong sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating urgency and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective parents and adult learners to discuss educational support options
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activity across multiple lead channels
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections
  • Convert enquiries into consultations and enrolments
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining strong activity and productivity levels
  • Delivering excellent customer experience while remaining commercially focused
  • Taking ownership of individual performance and development
  • Positively contributing to a high-performance sales culture

Essential

  • Strong previous sales experience
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
  • Resilient, motivated and commercially focused
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team culture

Desirable

  • 3 years outbound dialler experience or strong equivalent experience
  • CRM experience
  • Experience within education, training or service-led sales environments

Full time (on site) role, 37.5 hours per week worked over 5 day.

Part time may be considered for the right candidates.
