Work Lyf Group is currently recruiting for experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join a thriving and fast-paced sales team based in Crewe. With the busy season approaching, we are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals who enjoy building customer relationships and achieving results.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, offering a competitive salary, uncapped commission, ongoing training, and genuine career development opportunities.

Salary

  • £28,840 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday (40 Hours)

  • Monday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
  • Friday: 08:50am - 3:20pm

Monday to Thursday (40 Hours)

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:50am - 7:30pm

The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Managing customer information and call activity through CRM systems
  • Scheduling follow-up calls and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months' cold calling experience OR 12 months' experience within an outbound sales/contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems
  • A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic
