Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, overcoming objections and closing deals?
We’re looking for confident and driven Outbound Sales Advisors to join our Payment Processing team in Sheffield city centre. You’ll speak with businesses about modern card payment and merchant service solutions while benefiting from uncapped earning potential and clear opportunities for progression.
Location: Church Street, Sheffield, S1 2GN
This is a fully office-based position with no remote working.

As An Outbound Sales Advisor, You Will
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Ask effective questions to understand their payment-processing requirements
- Introduce suitable card payment and merchant service solutions
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of the available products
- Confidently handle objections and close sales over the telephone
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Accurately record customer information and process sales through a CRM system
- Maintain a professional and positive approach on every call
You’ll be joining a supportive and motivated call centre team where strong performance is recognised and rewarded.
What we’re looking for
To Be Considered, You Must Have
- At least six months’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales or face-to-face sales
- Confidence in closing sales and overcoming customer objections
- Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- A motivated, resilient and results-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5–40 hours per week
- Full flexibility required for shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- No weekend working
