The Role
We’re pleased to share an exciting opportunity as we continue to strengthen our sales operation within ILA. As ILA lead volumes continue to grow, we’re looking to add 1x ILA Closer to the team. This role will focus on handling high-quality inbound leads, guiding customers through the sales journey, and converting opportunities efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with a proven track record as a Sales Closer, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident closing deals over the phone.

What you’ll do
- Handle high-quality inbound leads and guide customers through the sales process
- Close sales directly over the phone within the ILA environment
- Maintain exceptional call quality and ensure all conversations remain fully compliant
- Identify opportunities to cross sell relevant products and consistently achieve cross sell targets
- Manage activity, outcomes, and customer data accurately within Salesforce
- Consistently achieve conversion and productivity targets
- Represent ILA with professionalism, strong energy, and ownership of results

What we’re looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment
- Confident and effective at closing sales over the phone
- Must have been in your current role for a minimum of 6 months
- Exceptional call quality and customer engagement standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage leads effectively
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results focused
- Demonstrates consistently great DNA
