Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent (Night Sales)

Location: Sheffield, UK (fully office-based)
Working hours: 3:00PM - 2:00AM / Mon - Sun (rota basis)
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Bonus

As an Outbound Sales Agent (Night Sales), you will be working with warm leads across both the US & UK markets on behalf of our premium e-commerce health, wellness & lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for contacting customers who've previously purchased from us but haven't been active in a while, customers who have recently purchased from us to fulfil additional orders or transfer to subscription orders and customers who have been on the retailer's website to build an order but did not complete it and checkout to purchase.

It is your responsibility to take control of the call to maximise the potential of the customer and their purchases, to increase revenue and tailor the products to ensure the customer's satisfaction and meet the customer's needs across our brands, through the use of cross-selling and up-selling with unique offers and deals the customer can't find through other channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to existing US & UK based customers who've previously engaged with our brand either online or via phone.
  • Building trust and rapport through authentic, value-driven conversations whilst delivering a top quality customer service.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening and recommending the right products to suit their needs and find out the customer's goals from purchasing our products.
  • Own your pipeline — manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue amongst your customers.
  • Have autonomy of your activity - dialing across all data-sets and brands to ensure you're effectively reaching your KPI's.
  • Hit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
  • Feed insights and objections back to the wider sales team and management to refine our strategies and pipelines of data.
  • Stay organised and accurate when using our CRM and systems to record call outcomes and sales.
  • Have a strong knowledge of all products and services we offer to customers across our brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
