At Workshop by bikebook, we build simple, powerful operations software designed to streamline workflow for service-based workshops—from bicycle and auto repair shops to specialised equipment servicing. We are looking for an energetic, resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, pick up the phone, and help us expand across multi-vertical service industries.

If you thrive on the hunt, love engaging directly with business owners, and don’t get fazed by a "no," this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold & Warm Calling: High-volume outbound calling to independent workshop owners, service centers, and managers across multiple service industries.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' operational needs, pitch our platform's core value, and qualify leads for full software demos.
  • Pipeline Management: Track call outcomes, follow up on warm leads, and maintain precise records within our CRM.
  • Overcome Objections: Confidently navigate pushback, turn hesitant prospects into interested clients, and build immediate rapport over the phone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
