BAOCORPS is looking for ambitious Outbound Sales & Business Development Partners to help grow OCTR, our business operations platform.

OCTR helps businesses connect and manage procurement, sales, suppliers, inventory, logistics, quality control, reporting and wider operational workflows from one platform.

Your Role

Your focus is to find the right businesses, reach decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities for OCTR.

  • You'll research prospects, conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email and phone, identify operational pain points, arrange qualified meetings and consistently follow up.
  • You don't need to handle complex technical discussions alone. Our team supports product demonstrations, technical discovery, proposals and closing.

You'll typically approach Managing Directors, Business Owners, Operations Directors, Procurement Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Finance Directors and Systems/IT decision-makers.

Earnings

This is an independent, performance-based opportunity with no fixed salary and uncapped earning potential.

  • Earn up to 15% commission on OCTR business you generate.
  • You'll also receive payment for qualified meetings you arrange that are attended by suitable prospective customers, meaning you can start earning before a deal closes.
  • OCTR contracts can represent significant implementation and recurring values, giving successful partners the potential to earn substantial commission from individual customers.
  • Full meeting rates, commission attribution and payment terms are agreed before onboarding.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in people with experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, appointment setting, SaaS, ERP, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or technology sales.

  • Existing industry relationships are a major advantage, but we're equally interested in driven people who know how to prospect, communicate with senior decision-makers and consistently create opportunities.
  • We provide OCTR training, target customer profiles, sales materials, outreach support, CRM tools, product demonstrations and technical sales support.
  • You open the doors. We help turn the opportunities into customers.
