Outbound Sales Consultant
Business Energy
📍 Preston, Lancashire (Office-Based)
💰 Competitive Basic Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Basic salary is negotiable upwards for the right candidate
⏰ Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm | Friday 9am-2pm
🚫 No Weekends | No Evenings | No Bank Holidays
Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're looking for an ambitious and driven Energy Consultant to join a growing business energy consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering solutions and earning uncapped commission.
Working with businesses across the UK, you'll help clients secure the most suitable energy contracts while providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.

The Role
As an Energy Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting through to securing new business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Speaking with business owners and key decision-makers
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending energy solutions
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Developing long-term relationships with clients
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in business energy sales, energy brokerage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A consultative approach to sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
- A desire to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure
