As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor within our outbound team, you'll be speaking to customers regarding Care Plan Agreements, extended warranty, mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and SIM only deals. You'll use your excellent communication skills to talk through the offers and deals we have, ensuring that customers have all the information available to make an informed decision.

Responsibilities
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
- Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals, and network providers and Care Plan Agreement we offer.
- Ensuring the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all the options available to them.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Requirements
You will need:
- A commitment to providing great service.
- Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working towards targets.
- An interest in technology.
