Our partner is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative with German based in United Kingdom.
This role is an opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS environment and play a key part in building a strong outbound sales pipeline.
You will research target markets, identify high-potential prospects, and engage decision-makers through a range of outbound channels.
The position combines market research, prospecting, consultative communication, and lead qualification.
You will help potential customers understand the value of a technology solution while creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.
Working with modern sales tools and a collaborative international team, you will have significant opportunities to develop your commercial skills.

Accountabilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and gather relevant information about potential leads.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, voice messages, and other communication channels.
- Research prospects thoroughly to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit.
- Engage prospective customers, create interest, and communicate the value of the solution in a clear and compelling way.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the appropriate members of the sales team once prospects reach the required qualification stage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, activities, and pipeline data within HubSpot CRM.
- Use sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage relevant decision-makers.
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales development targets while prioritizing the quality of opportunities generated.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and contribute to a positive, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
- Continuously improve outbound approaches by learning from results, feedback, and changing market conditions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, customer experience, business development, or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Native or fluent German is required, combined with advanced English communication skills.
- Strong research abilities and the capacity to identify relevant prospects and decision-makers.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively through written and verbal channels.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the motivation to take ownership of prospecting activities and results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn and develop new sales skills.
- Resilient and comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing lead information and sales activities.
- A results-oriented approach with an ability to balance activity levels with the quality and relevance of generated opportunities.
