Role Overview
This is a pure outbound sales position, where your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business through proactive telephone sales. You will be expected to make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls each working day, building relationships with prospective customers, identifying their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate approximately £400,000 in sales. This role would suit an ambitious individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys achieving measurable results.

- Make a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls each working day.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert outbound calls into sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Generate approximately £400,000 in sales during the first 12 months.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Follow up quotations and sales enquiries promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quarterly team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep up to date with company products and promotions.
- Represent the products professionally at all times.

Person Specification
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
