About PinRise

PinRise is a UK-based business growth and digital solutions company helping aspiring founders and established service businesses start, structure and scale. We work with businesses to strengthen the commercial systems that influence how they are discovered, trusted, contacted and ultimately chosen by customers. Our solutions span professional website development, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, digital presence management, branding, enquiry and booking systems, CRM and automation, alongside structured business launch and growth support. As PinRise continues to expand, we are strengthening our outbound sales function and are looking for commercially driven individuals who can create meaningful conversations with business owners and convert suitable prospects into qualified opportunities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a confident and articulate Outbound Sales Executive / Sales Partner who is comfortable engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers. This is not a role centred purely around call volume. Your responsibility is to identify genuine commercial needs, open credible conversations, qualify opportunities and progress suitable prospects through the PinRise sales process. You will act as an important connection between prospective clients and the PinRise team. PinRise handles detailed technical consultations, project scoping, quotation preparation and service delivery, allowing you to concentrate primarily on prospecting, relationship development, qualification, follow-up and commercial progression.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting professional outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Introducing PinRise and communicating our value proposition clearly
  • Researching and approaching suitable prospective clients
  • Identifying weaknesses, requirements and commercial opportunities within a prospect's current setup
  • Asking effective discovery questions rather than relying on scripted selling
  • Matching genuine business needs with relevant PinRise solutions
  • Qualifying prospects based on interest, requirements and commercial suitability
  • Capturing accurate client requirements for internal review
  • Coordinating with PinRise on quotations and proposals
  • Presenting approved commercial proposals where appropriate
  • Managing structured and professional follow-up
  • Handling routine objections with confidence and commercial judgement
  • Progressing qualified opportunities towards consultation, proposal and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate prospect, call and follow-up records
  • Providing concise activity and pipeline updates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
