About the Role
Are you a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and achieving targets? We're looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, speaking with business decision-makers, and helping organisations find the right solutions for their needs. If you're motivated by success and enjoy being rewarded for your performance, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career.

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with business decision-makers.
- Present tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the wider sales team to contribute to business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, or business development experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
