About the Role
We are expanding the commercial outreach team for UEX, a high-performance cryptocurrency exchange platform. We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient Outbound Sales Representative to drive client acquisition through high-volume cold calling and direct lead generation.
This is a fully remote position focused on high-touch daily activity and pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Conduct high-volume daily cold calls to potential retail and institutional clients to introduce UEX platform features and benefits.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' trading volume, needs, and interest level, scheduling follow-ups or handover calls for account managers.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate client objections, articulate competitive advantages (liquidity, security, fee structures), and build immediate rapport.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent and accurate activity logging, lead tracking, and deal stages in the CRM.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas and conversion targets.

Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in high-volume outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong interest or background in cryptocurrency, foreign exchange (FX), finance, or fintech.
- High resilience, discipline, and comfort maintaining high call volumes on a daily basis.
- Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills over the phone.
- Self-motivated and reliable while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior cold calling experience specifically within the crypto, FX, or trading sector.
- Familiarity with common CRM platforms and VoIP dialer tools.
- Multilingual capabilities targeting specific key trading regions.
