We are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Representative to join the wider sales department.
Please note that this role requires office-based working, five days per week, for the first six months to ensure a successful onboarding and training period.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers via telephone, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective recruitment agencies to introduce Brookson's services and generate new business opportunities.
- Build rapport with potential clients, understand their requirements, and identify how our services can support their needs.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for senior members of the sales team.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, leads, and activity within our CRM system.
- Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the sales team to maximise opportunities and drive business growth.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and direct messaging activity.
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively engage with customers via telephone and email.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous sales experience, either face-to-face or over the phone or the confidence and willingness to develop these skills
