Outbound Telesales Executive
Reporting to: Head of Telesales
Location: Remote
Full Time
£23,000 basic + uncapped commission

Job purpose:

We’re looking for a Telesales Executive who is able to embody the company and its values. You’ll be someone who is able to sell on the phone every day to a high standard, and, most importantly, someone who enjoys it! You will be responsible for contacting many areas of the UK via phone, whilst converting prospects and leads into orders. We have an excellent product that we, and our customers, are incredibly excited about. We now want to ensure our brand, marketing, sales and customer service maximise our potential. You will also be responsible for administrative activities to facilitate the smooth processing of data.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Hitting outbound call targets to prospects on a daily basis
  • Converting prospect customers into sales
  • Generating and loading prospect customers
  • Build a pipeline and keep track of future sales
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Carry and exceed your own sales targets
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Deliver company's KPIs

General

  • General administrative duties related to role and cleanliness of sales data
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and updating reports related to role
  • Build a pipeline of contacts and sales that you’ve achieved from outbounding your sales areas
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience in outbound, over the phone selling
  • Confident in your ability to upsell over the phone
  • High level of computer literacy and the ability to adapt and learn new platforms
  • Strong communication and personable skills, both written and verbal
  • A drive for excellence and high attention to detail
  • Strong prioritisation skills and flexibility
  • Genuine passion for technology
  • Effective problem solving and organisational skills
  • Passionate for excellent customer service and teamwork

Role requirements:

  • 5 days a week - 2 week Rota (Monday-Friday) - (Tuesday – Saturday)
  • 8 hour shift (9-5,10-6,11-7)
