We currently have a vacancy for an Outcomes Framework Lead to join our Evaluation Team.
Join the West Yorkshire Combined Authority at a pivotal moment, as devolution and the Integrated Settlement create new opportunities to improve outcomes for the people of West Yorkshire. As part of our Evaluation team, you will play a key role in supporting portfolio-level evaluation, helping us understand, measure and evidence progress towards the outcomes we are committed to delivering across the region. With strong coordination, communication, and project management skills, and a good understanding of evaluation, you will lead the implementation of the Outcomes Framework, developing processes, training, and comms to ensure its effective roll-out.

As part of the Evaluation Team, within the Research and Intelligence Service in the Strategy, Communications and Intelligence Directorate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team at the heart of evidence-based policymaking and investment decisions in West Yorkshire. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality evaluation activity across the Combined Authority's programmes and priorities. You will work alongside specialists in research, analysis, and evaluation to generate robust evidence, support learning and continuous improvement, and help demonstrate the impact of our investments.
