We’re so proud to say that we are real Living Wage accredited.
This means we will continue to pay well above the National Minimum Wage, so our pay rate is £13.45 per hour, with the opportunity for paid overtime (6 day working) during our peak periods.
Full Time Fixed Term Contract
From April until October/November 2026, we can offer varying start and end dates between these months.

Make a difference as an Activity Instructor / Group Leader
Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it’s never, ever boring.
You could be:
- Running activity sessions
- Lighting campfires
- Taking groups for meals
- Building shelters
- Checking equipment
- Telling daft jokes
