The Body Shop

When Anita Roddick founded The Body Shop in 1976, she had a vision. Business as a force for good – that’s us. Over 40 years later, we’re proud to be pioneering cruelty-free beauty every step of the way. We’re the original ethical beauty brand. We’ve got a thing for empowering people and enriching our planet. We’re all about keeping it real, in every way possible. Our activist roots remain a huge part of everything we do, from our iconic window posters to our vegetarian products to our infamous campaigns. We’re never afraid to stand up and speak the truth. We like to do things a little differently around here.

The Body Shop is committed to generating positive economic, social and environmental impact. We’re fighting for what we believe in now more than ever. No holding back. Breaking the mould has always come naturally to us, and we need someone who’s not afraid to mix things up.

Your role in a nutshell

The Outlet Account Manager plays a critical role within the Customer Experience function, acting as the dedicated owner of The Body Shop's UK Outlet strategy. This role is responsible for leading the customer-facing and commercial marketing agenda across the Outlet estate, ensuring The Body Shop maximises visibility, commercial opportunities and customer engagement within partner outlet environments. The position will build and maintain strong relationships with outlet centre management teams, secure marketing opportunities, lead outlet visual merchandising execution and collaborate cross-functionally to optimise outlet pricing, promotional and customer experience strategies.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams, the Outlet Account Manager will ensure the Outlet channel receives the focus, expertise and strategic attention required to drive performance, brand visibility and customer acquisition whilst maintaining a differentiated and compelling outlet experience. This role will also partner with the Head of Customer Experience to define and continuously evolve the outlet customer journey, supported by tailored learning and operational resources.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
