Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Caroline Fu Psychiatry | Boston, MA | Flexible Hybrid Schedule

Caroline Fu Psychiatry is a physician-owned concierge psychiatry practice seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing Boston Clinic team.

We’re looking for a psychiatrist who values thoughtful, relationship-driven care and wants the time and flexibility to practice beyond brief medication-management visits. Our physicians combine psychotherapy and nuanced pharmacologic care within a model designed around manageable patient panels, clinical autonomy, and a sustainable approach to outpatient practice.

Founded by Mass General-trained Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr. Caroline Fu and her husband, Caroline Fu Psychiatry is a physician-led, family-operated practice with locations in Boston and New York.

The Opportunity

  • Flexible hybrid schedule: approximately 60% telehealth / 40% in-person.
  • Boston-based position: in-person availability required for new patient evaluations, with most follow-up visits completed via telehealth.
  • Full-time = approximately 32 clinical hours per week.
  • Patient population: approximately 70% adults / 30% children and adolescents.
  • Longer appointment times with the autonomy to incorporate meaningful psychotherapy into patient care.
  • Manageable patient panels with strong administrative and operational support.
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy over how you structure your clinical week.
  • Opportunity to develop specialized areas of clinical interest.
  • Collaborative physician group with practices in Boston and New York.
  • Interest or experience in psychodynamic therapy, family systems, DBT, CBT, ACT, or other therapeutic modalities is highly valued.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • 100% cash-pay practice.
  • No weekend requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
