Outpatient Physiotherapist | Part Time Role - 22.5 Hours per week

Spire Bushey Hospital is looking for an experienced and motivated Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our thriving Outpatients team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and well-equipped clinical environment.

The hospital offers a premium service in key areas of complex healthcare including orthopaedics, neurology, spinal, general, cardiac care, and gynaecology.

Spire Bushey Hospital forms part of a 4 site portfolio, and is supported by and works alongside Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre, Elstree Cancer Centre and Spire Pathology Centre – based on Centennial Park in Elstree - just 5 minutes from the main hospital site.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for MSK patients.
  • Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans focused on achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Support the ongoing delivery and development of a high-performing physiotherapy service.
  • Promote best practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a collaborative clinical environment.

  • BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years' Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy experience.
  • Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of MSK conditions.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
