We are recruiting an outreach advice team manager

Working closely with the CEO and Advice Service Manager the Outreach Advice Team Manager will have responsibility for Chapeltown Citizens Advice’s outreach projects, line managing project staff, ensuring targets and quality KPI’s are met and being accountable for project reporting requirements. You will develop relationships with the relevant stakeholders and will work with the Management Team to ensure continuation funding where appropriate. You will ensure new projects are implemented smoothly and that project staff are appropriately supported and developed.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and motivated individual to support the delivery and success of new and existing projects.

Salary: £33,780 per annum plus 5% pension

Hours per week: 36.25
