Outreach and Careers Development Manager
UK Cyber Security Council
Home-Based with regular travel across the UK
Salary: £39,000-£45,000 dependant on experience
Permanent | Full-Time (34 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm)
Benefits include 26 days’ annual leave, rising by one day per year to 30 days, plus bank holidays, private healthcare and discretionary time off between Christmas and New Year.
Our client, a reputable membership regulatory body in the UK, is currently seeking an Outreach and Careers Development Manager to join its team.
This new role will suit an experienced communicator with a passion for careers and education.

You will build pathways through relationships with universities, students, employers, and careers organisations.
The Role of Outreach and Careers Development Manager
Reporting to the Director of Professional Standards and Accreditation, you will lead the outreach element of the professional registration strategy and Associate engagement plan. You will develop partnerships, deliver events and resources, represent the organisation across the UK, support the Youth Advisory Panel, and make outreach inclusive.
