This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Outreach Coordinator (Digital PR & Link Building) based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to drive digital visibility and authority through impactful outreach campaigns across the online ecosystem.
You will play a key role in transforming valuable content assets into high-quality media mentions and backlinks.
Working within a remote, collaborative environment, you will manage outreach initiatives from research and targeting to relationship building and reporting.
The position combines creativity, strategic thinking, and execution, giving you ownership over campaigns that directly influence growth.
You will collaborate closely with experienced digital PR and SEO professionals while leveraging modern tools, including AI-powered workflows.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about outreach, content promotion, and building meaningful digital relationships at scale.
Accountabilities
- Manage multiple digital PR and link building campaigns simultaneously, ensuring consistent execution from prospect research through placement acquisition.
- Promote content assets such as data studies, research reports, and digital PR stories to journalists, bloggers, publishers, and relevant websites.
- Research, evaluate, and qualify outreach targets based on relevance, authority, and quality to maximize campaign impact.
- Identify and verify contact information for prospects while maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout outreach processes.
- Create personalized outreach messages, manage email sequences, follow up with prospects, and negotiate link placements and mentions.
- Build long-term relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and webmasters to strengthen future outreach opportunities.
- Track outreach performance, including response rates, earned links, and campaign progress, while reporting against objectives.
- Use outreach technology, media databases, SEO platforms, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with digital PR and content stakeholders to align outreach strategies, campaign timelines, priorities, and target lists.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in outreach, link building, digital PR, or a related field, with proven experience running campaigns and securing placements.
- Demonstrated ability to earn backlinks, media mentions, or coverage from relevant and authoritative websites.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to craft personalized, engaging outreach messages efficiently.
- Strong research capabilities with excellent attention to detail when assessing websites, prospects, and contact information.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach activities, including multiple campaigns, large prospect lists, and structured follow-up processes.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and a strong preference for ethical, value-driven link building practices.
- Highly organized, proactive, and persistent, with the ability to manage campaigns independently and stay motivated through challenges.
- Interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for improving workflows through automation and innovative technologies.
- Experience with outreach and PR tools such as BuzzStream, Prowly, MuckRack, Cision, Pitchbox, Hunter, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or comparable solutions, including metrics like domain authority, referring domains, and anchor analysis, is beneficial.
- Experience with journalist request platforms, press releases, agency environments, international teams, or the HR-tech and job search industry is advantageous.
- Additional European languages for outreach in non-English markets are considered a plus.
