Outreach Coordinator (Events)

The University of Chester is seeking to appoint an Outreach Coordinator (Events) to join the University’s Outreach Team, based within the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions department.

You will be part of the Outreach team and will be responsible for the organisation of events and activities of non-APP aligned Outreach activity, establishing and maintaining direct links with schools and colleges within the sub-region, help to raise awareness of the University, maintain a positive profile and to ensure students are appropriately informed about the many benefits associated with higher education and studying at the University.

Successful Candidates

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Previous relevant experience in an education-related field
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to speak to a wide range of audiences
  • Knowledge of post-16 qualifications
  • Understanding of the UCAS system
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events and activities
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Willingness to travel
