About Us

One of our clients is an early-stage nonprofit venture bridging profit-driven innovation with social impact models. Their mission is to build lean, scalable initiatives that balance compliance, credibility, and long-term impact. They are seeking a Philanthropic Liaison to provide strategic guidance in donor engagement, stakeholder partnerships, and governance support, ensuring the organization builds strong foundations for sustainability.

Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned professionals to join as Outreach Officer, offering expertise in cultivating donor and partner relationships, shaping engagement strategies, and aligning external support with social impact goals. Liaisons will play a pivotal role in strengthening credibility, supporting leadership, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. This is an honorary role designed for individuals who want to contribute their expertise while building legacy-driven ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Donor & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Advise on strategies to identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with donors, investors, and partners.
    • Support leadership in building trust and transparency with external communities.
  • Philanthropic Strategy:

    • Provide insights into structuring partnerships aligned with organizational goals.
    • Guide leadership on balancing stakeholder expectations with mission-driven priorities.
  • Governance & Sustainability:

    • Offer input on reporting, compliance, and accountability standards for external stakeholders.
    • Ensure communication flows strengthen credibility and long-term sustainability.
  • Networking & Representation:

    • Connect the organization with philanthropic networks, foundations, and collaborators.
    • Represent the nonprofit in external discussions when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder relations, donor engagement, fundraising, or corporate communications.
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing donor or partner relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting, and governance.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to fairness, transparency, and advancing social causes.
