Outreach Service Manager
We are proud to be partnering with a leading domestic abuse service, who are looking to appoint an Outreach Service Manager to join their team in Bury.
This will be a full-time position based in Bury, with a salary of around £37,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within domestic abuse services, supported housing or a similar support setting, with previous experience managing a team and overseeing service delivery.
Duties
- Managing and providing operational oversight of an outreach domestic abuse service
- Managing, supporting and developing a team of 9 staff members
- Overseeing safeguarding, risk assessment and risk management processes for service users
- Ensuring the effective delivery of safe, person-centred and trauma-informed support
- Monitoring service performance, outcomes and quality standards
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with statutory, voluntary and community partners
- Supporting service development, quality improvement and compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Experience Required
- Experience working within domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or a similar support service
- Previous experience managing and supervising a team
- Experience of safeguarding and risk management
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding and risk management
- Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches
- Strong partnership working and communication skills
- Ability to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement

- Monday – Friday, 09:00AM – 17:00PM
