Role Description

The Outreach Specialist is a remote role responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with brands. In this role, you will conduct research to discover potential talent and brand collaborators, initiate contact through email, social platforms, and other channels, and maintain organized records of outreach activities. The Outreach Specialist will collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, prepare clear written communications and proposals, and provide ongoing support to creators to help them understand opportunities and processes. You will also monitor outreach performance, share insights with the team, and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and creator experience.

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear messages, outreach campaigns, and professional correspondence.
  • Customer Service and Community Outreach experience to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and support creators and partners.
  • Research skills to identify potential brands and opportunities across platforms and markets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, or the creator economy is highly beneficial.
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail in tracking outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and using digital tools (CRM systems, project management or communication platforms).
  • Previous experience in outreach, marketing, talent management, or partnership development is a plus; relevant education or equivalent experience is welcomed.
