About Eden School
Eden School is a specialist independent school in Macclesfield where every child is valued as part of a close and supportive community. We provide individualised SEN education within a therapeutic learning environment for young people aged 6-16 with autism, ADHD, and/or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Role Overview
Alongside our school provision, we provide bespoke education for pupils who may be unable to access a traditional school environment. We are seeking an EOTAS Teacher with experience teaching across KS2-KS4 in either a mainstream or special school setting, who can provide flexible and individualised education based on each pupil's learning and developmental needs.
The role will involve a mixture of teaching within Eden School and delivering 1:1 education within pupils' homes and the local community, in line with individual education packages and lone-working guidance.

What We Are Looking For
- An excellent, innovative teacher
- A teacher who understands the importance of a therapeutic approach to education
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to teach a range of subjects
- At least 1 year experience as a teacher
- Experience of teaching children with SEN
- The ability to plan and deliver bespoke 1:1 learning
- The ability to engage pupils who may have experienced barriers to education
- The confidence and flexibility to work independently across school, home and community settings
- Full driving licence

Additional Information
- Permanent
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Term time only +5 inset days
- Role will involve working across Eden School and EOTAS/outreach settings
