The opportunity:
A leading mid-market advisory firm with an international footprint is growing its Outsourced Finance function, providing senior finance leadership to ambitious businesses. They're looking for a Director (CFO) in London who has lived through transformation from the inside and wants to bring that experience back into practice.

- Act as outsourced or interim CFO for a portfolio of PE-backed and owner-managed businesses.
- Lead finance transformation work: systems, process streamlining, reporting, and controls.
- Advise boards and investors on performance, funding, and transaction readiness.
- Win and grow client relationships, and build a team around you.
- Help shape the practice's strategy as part of its leadership team.

You are:
- Practice-trained and qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), now in a senior industry finance role or similar practice role.
- Experienced in leading accounting streamlining and transformation.
- Confident working with PE houses and investors.
- Ready for variety, complex problems, and a route back into practice at senior level.
The package:
- Salary up to £140,000
- Competitive bonus and uncapped commission

- Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the London office.
