  • Manage a diverse client portfolio primarily across corporate sectors, overseeing the overall delivery of accounts preparation and outsourcing services.
  • Plan, supervise, and review complex management accounts, financial reports, and statutory accounts prepared by junior team members.
  • Prepare and review detailed consolidation workings to support multi-entity group accounts.
  • Report directly to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers, acting as a direct key advisor for client engagements.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA).
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of UK and International accounting standards, combined with practical working knowledge of UK Tax and VAT compliance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in key practice accounting software, specifically Xero, Caseware, and advanced Excel.
  • Have direct experience in supervising junior staff, conducting complex account reviews, and managing group consolidation workings.
