About the role
The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing third-party risk, including operational resilience and exit plans. We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to join our Crypto team on Revolut’s standalone UK crypto entity. You’ll be managing supplier and intra-group relationships while delivering regulatory reporting on third-party management. Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch.
What you'll be doing
- Managing activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, and vendor monitoring
- Implementing the third-party risk management policy and operating model
- Controlling approvals processed through internal governance for outsourcing changes
- Providing guidance for staff on risk management procedures and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with UK outsourcing and operational resilience requirements
- Preparing regular status reports on outsourcing activities for senior management
- Managing Intra-Group Services Agreements with Revolut Ltd, including SLAs and service catalogues
- Building and testing exit plans and scenario-based stress tests for critical services
- Assessing and monitoring fourth-party risk

What you'll need
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management or supply chain roles
- Deep knowledge of business resilience regulations in retail financial services
- The ability to develop service monitoring processes and risk assessments
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- A risk management qualification
- Experience interacting at executive and board levels
- Solid industry stakeholder connections
- Financial services experience
