Location: London Islington – Cope House
Salary: £27,706 - £35,836 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

LiveSmart Manager – Housing Management & Resident Services
Do you have excellent customer care skills and an understanding of housing management and safeguarding?
We’re looking for a LiveSmart Manager to provide a professional, resident-focused management service within our Over 55s housing schemes.
As a LiveSmart Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, helping with a range of tenancy-related housing management matters, while helping to ensure residents feel safe, secure and well cared for in their homes.
- Managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors
- Acting as a key-holder and maintaining the security of communal areas and facilities
- Responding to emergencies
- Identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver effective services to residents

We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, well organised, flexible and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You’ll have good IT skills and ideally experience in housing, facilities or building management, with an understanding of tenancy management and safeguarding.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference to residents’ lives while developing your knowledge and experience within the housing sector.
