On behalf of our client, Remember When Healthcare, we are looking for a Healthcare Scheduler to join their growing team.

About Our Client:

Remember When Healthcare is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to helping Nova Scotians remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. Their team is built on compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to both the families they serve and the employees who make that care possible.

As the organization continues to grow, they are investing in their people and processes to ensure clients receive exceptional care, while caregivers feel valued, supported, and connected. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where your ideas, leadership, and contributions will truly make a difference.

The Opportunity:

Healthcare scheduling is much more than filling shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, staying organized, and building strong relationships. You will manage a complex network of clients and caregivers, balancing availability, preferences, qualifications, and last-minute changes to ensure care is delivered without interruption.

No two days will look the same. You'll spend time communicating with caregivers, collaborating with colleagues, problem-solving coverage challenges, and helping ensure clients receive the support they need when they need it.

Healthcare doesn't stop at the end of the workday, and neither does this role. We are currently seeking an overnight Healthcare Scheduler to support after-hours operations and help ensure clients continue to receive seamless, uninterrupted care.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

You are highly organized, comfortable learning new systems, and enjoy finding solutions when things don't go according to plan. You remain calm under pressure, communicate professionally, and understand the importance of balancing urgency with accuracy. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate may come from healthcare, medical administration, hospitality, customer service, logistics, or another fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and adaptability are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
