Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Night Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team.

The role

As a Night Housekeeping Porter, you will support the overnight operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guest floors, service areas, and back of house spaces are fully prepared for the day ahead.

You will work closely with the Night Housekeeping and Housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness, replenish supplies, respond to guest requests, and support the overall presentation of the hotel throughout the night.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys physical work, and thrives in a busy overnight environment.

What you will do

  • Support the Housekeeping team by replenishing guest room supplies and amenities
  • Stock linen rooms and service areas with clean linen and housekeeping supplies
  • Remove rubbish, recycling, and used linen from guest floors and operational areas
  • Assist with moving and maintaining housekeeping trolleys and equipment
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Support deep cleaning projects and overnight housekeeping tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout back of house and guest areas
  • Work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure the hotel is fully prepared for the following day

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a physically active role, including lifting and moving linen and equipment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently overnight
  • A genuine commitment to high standards and teamwork
  • Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

  • Full time position averaging 40 hours per week
  • Primarily overnight shifts
  • Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
  • Flexibility required across weekends and public holidays
