Corporate Development Group (CDG)
As the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.
What The Role Entails
Core Objective
Drive commercialization growth for Tencent’s overseas performance advertising business across EMEA markets. Own both demand-side advertiser growth and supply-side publisher monetization, accelerating revenue scale, improving ecosystem efficiency, and building scalable commercialization solutions across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Commercialization Strategy: Identify key opportunities across EMEA market and develop scalable commercialization strategies. Drive growth across both advertiser spend (demand-side) and inventory monetization (supply-side), delivering measurable improvements in revenue, scale, and platform efficiency.
- Build Scalable Industry Solutions: Translate advertiser and publisher insights into actionable product and operational improvements. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities, improve system efficiency, and develop scalable, competitive industry solutions and best practices that can be replicated across markets and verticals.
- Drive Customer Acquisition with Sales Teams: Partner closely with Sales to execute growth strategies for both advertisers and publishers. Support opportunity qualification, solution design, and deal execution to improve conversion efficiency and accelerate regional business expansion.
- Own Client Success and Monetization Outcomes: Manage end-to-end success for both advertisers and publishers across EMEA. Drive performance improvements through product adoption, optimization strategies, and operational support, ensuring long-term business success and value creation for both clients and the platform.

Who We Look For
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in performance advertising, ad tech, commercialization, client solutions, or growth operations. Experience with ad platforms, DSP/SSP, ad networks, or mobile performance advertising is strongly preferred.
Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including demand-side advertising (campaign performance, ROI optimization) and supply-side monetization (inventory yield, fill rate, eCPM). Familiar with performance-driven advertising models and optimization frameworks.

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and execution skills. High ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to support day-to-day collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the review of business documentation. Additional language capabilities, such as French, German, Spanish, or Arabic, would be considered an advantage.
Other Requirements
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing regional travel as needed. Strong adaptability to ambiguity and changing priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action, impact, and scalability.
