Business Banking Oversight Analyst – Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Business Banking plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) remediation and ongoing due diligence activities under this vacant opportunity.
You will:
- Support the oversight of operational performance, including work delivered by KPMG, ensuring it aligns with agreed quality, regulatory, and service standards.
- Monitor delivery against KPIs and SLAs using data and management information (MI) to:
- Identify trends, risks, and areas for continuous improvement
- Triage and escalate queries in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and KPMG to maintain alignment and strong cross-team communication.

About the Role
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Oversight Analyst who will:
- Ensure CDD and ongoing due diligence activity meets performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee work delivered by KPMG, monitor activity, and support operational process consistently.
- Act as a liaison, triaging escalations and queries, identifying risks, and driving process refinement.

- Working hours between 28–35 hours per week.
