We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an Own Brand Commercial Development Manager to make a real impact based in Oldbury.
About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Own Brand Commercial Development Manager to lead the growth of our own-brand product portfolio across the UK. This is a field-based role focused on driving profitable sales growth through proactive business development activity, customer engagement and close collaboration with our branches and wider sales teams.
As the specialist for our own-brand offering you will work across multiple regions to identify opportunities, increase product penetration within existing customers and support the acquisition of new business. You will partner with colleagues to develop targeted growth plans, deliver product training and ensure our own-brand solutions are positioned as the first choice for customers.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the MRO market who can influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver measurable commercial results.
What we’re looking for in our Own Brand Commercial Development Manager:
- Proven sales experience within the MRO sector, with knowledge of products including bearings, power transmission, tools, PPE and industrial consumables
- Experience managing and developing regional and national strategic accounts with a strong understanding of contract-based sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and deliver sustainable sales growth and profitability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across customers, branches and sales teams
- Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a field-based national role
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills.
