Own Brand Product Manager – 12 months FTC

Handforth Support Office (2-3 days per week) | Hybrid Working

At Pets, we believe pets are part of the family. That's why we're on a mission to create products that help pets live happier, healthier and more playful lives.

From innovative treats that earn a four-paw rating, to products that solve real problems for pet parents, our own brands are a huge part of what makes us special. And now we're looking for an Own Brand Product Manager on a 12 months contract to help shape what's next.

If you're passionate about brand and retail trends, turning insights into brilliant ideas, and developing brands that customers genuinely love, this could be your perfect role.

What's the role all about?

You'll help shape brand strategies, identify opportunities for innovation, develop compelling brand propositions and bring exciting launches to life. Working across Commercial, Marketing, Product Development, Creative and agency partners, you'll help ensure our own brands (such as Wainwright's, Step Up and Wildways to namedrop a few) stay relevant, distinctive and loved by pet parents nationwide.

No two days are the same. One day you might be reviewing customer insights to identify the next big opportunity. The next, you'll be collaborating on a new launch or helping define the future vision for one of our own brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
