Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in England, United Kingdom. The Owner will oversee daily business operations, including setting strategic direction, managing budgets, and monitoring performance against goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting team members
- Making key decisions on services, products, and customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- Managing risk
- Supervising major projects
- Representing the business in local networks and industry events

- Demonstrated experience in owning or managing a business, with a strong understanding of operations, finance, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and external partners.
- Sound knowledge of local market dynamics in England, United Kingdom, and familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience, with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
- Comfort with using business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting systems, CRM platforms) to track performance and support decision-making.
- Previous experience in the relevant industry or sector is highly beneficial; formal education in business, management, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
