Role Description
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in England, United Kingdom, responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and performance of The Bespoke Brick Company. Day-to-day activities include:
- Overseeing business operations
- Managing supplier relationships across Europe
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with relevant standards
- Guiding sales and marketing initiatives
- Building and maintaining customer relationships within the construction and architectural sectors
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Financial oversight, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing team
- Ensuring that the company’s processes, services, and products align with brand values and long-term growth objectives

Qualifications
