Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Owner will be responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the business, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that financial, operational, and customer-focused goals are met.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Managing budgets
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Making key business decisions

Qualifications

  • Ability to define and execute business strategy, set clear objectives, and make sound data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including cash flow, profit and loss, and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements relevant to operating a business in the United Kingdom.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and basic business software (e.g., office productivity suites, CRM or POS systems).
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction through service quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership of results.
  • Previous experience as a business owner, general manager, or senior leadership role is strongly beneficial.
