Role Description

The Owner role at Testronic in Croydon is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing business operations, strategic direction, and commercial performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The individual in this role will build and maintain relationships with key partners, lead senior managers, and make decisions that support sustainable growth and innovation. The Owner will also guide organizational development, nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, financial, and industry requirements. Collaboration with global teams and participation in high-level client discussions will be central to the role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within technology, gaming, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop talent, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
  • Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and commercial partnerships.
  • Understanding of video game development, QA processes, and industry trends is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Croydon and coordinate with international offices across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
